| Ryan Roth offered to manage the production of a short film for my actress wife, saying he could do it for a fraction of the normal cost because he could "pull in some favors". He collected the $1200, and after providing no communication or services after two months, we informed him that we would have it produced locally in Arizona. Now after many promises of the return of our funds, he has only returned $900 after eight months. |

| Is this Ryan roth the same as Ryan flynn from white orchid? If so, doesnt he con people especially women for his personal gain? Last I heard he was dating a DJ and not only did she provide him a roof over his head, she also provided him a source of income managing her dj career. Best of luck! |

In response to the comment. It is the same Ryan Roth. His name is Ryan Flynn (I know this because I went to school with him in England) and there were several links that he was scamming people for money under the distasteful disguise of a child sex trafficing charity. After these stories he changed his name to Ryan Flynn.
The history of the scams is very odd and numerous people came along saying Ryan had scammed them and claimed he was a doctor. He also posted on forums under different names trying to deny the claims but the owner of the forum posted to confirm that all the "pro-Ryan" posters were sent from the same computer.
There was a whole website dedicated to stories about Ryan and I tried to find it to let them know about this entry but it appears to have gone (it's been 3 years since the scamming activity took place).
Ryan was very lucky to meet DJ Shy who he is dating and it all seemed that it was a turning point for him to live an honest life so it is very regretful that he is still ripping people off.
Some of the victims were very upset about what Ryan did as they believed they were helping a charity but ended up out of pocket. Once they worked out it was a con he moved on to someone else and renamed the charity. He's deceitful and disgusting.
I am sorry that you have lost money to him and there is nothing I can do to help you (I would help if I could). Are there any legal steps you can take against him? I really hope you get your money back. |

"Ryan Flynn (UK) is wanted for questioning by the NSW Police in Australia in relation to the fraudulant sale of a 1970 penny to an elderly woman for some $8100 AUD, essentially robbing her of her life savings and leaving her in financial crisis.
Ryan Flynn is continually looking for a new home.
He was living with his DJ girlfriend who gave Ryan a job and paid him for his talent management services. Prior to living with her, he allegedly lived in another house in LA and did not pay rent for months. Items including a housemate's iPod, camcorder, books and clothes mysteriously disappeared, and a housemate's car was stolen, the household tried to evict him. A key to the stolen car was allegedly later found hidden in his bedroom along with a credit card that was not in his name. There had allegedly also recently been credit card fraud on a housemate's card that it is known Ryan had the details of. Ryan Flynn had allegedly threatened housemates, broken into locked parts of the house and lied about having a court order forbidding removalists to take the furniture from his room.
Since that time I have been contacted by the LAPD investigating a vehicle theft/embezzlement involving Ryan Flynn, about him stealing a car from Priceless Rental Car Company.
Ryan Flynn allegedly also has outstanding rental payments from his time living in Sydney, where he allegedly conned his girlfriend at the time out of thousands of dollars, leaving her homeless and in severe debt. Numerous sources, people who have apparently known Ryan well in past years - friends, housemates and work colleagues - allege that Ryan Flynn is known to them for scamming people, using false aliases and the like.
One source also alleges that Ryan was known for not paying rent prior to moving to Australia. He was living with another girlfriend at the time in France.
Ryan Flynn is currently known to be using the alias Ryan Roth and living in Los Angeles, apparently trying to set up a TV show called ACTC and to get involved in film work. He gets by with his talent management that his DJ girlfriend had started for him - Roth Mgmt - an illegit company due to not having a visa.
Prior to his DJ girlfriend, he made a living conning people over the internet. He had numerous sham companies and organisations: Our Planet Retreats, The White Orchid Foundation, Blood Rose, Our Planet Retreats, Our Planet UK, Global Nomads, Global Energy, Intentions 21, Political Change, Real Global Solutions, Living Legends Limited, et al
He has made a string of stunning, but largely unsubstantiated, claims in relation to a (non-charitable) humanitarian aid organization, personally rescuing young girls from brothels and the like in Asia, running a travel company and building an eco-resort (which he has promoted using allegedly unlicensed copyrighted material from a Canadian designer), having plans to supply free water and energy to the world and even of being a doctor of psychology.
Sources say that he is a very convincing liar in person, and it is supposed that this is possibly at least partially due to him believing his own lies. He is well-known for using multiple online aliases and identities, and relentlessly persistent in harassing contacts, especially those who have fallen out of favour."
My best advice to prevent this from happening again is to always check for an ID, google for company info, research & trust your instincts. |
