I paid this company $1600 ($80 per lead) for clients that I was told expressed an interest in meeting with someone about reverse mortgages. The first 5 leads they sent me had zero interest in reverse mortgages, one didn't even own a house, all of them thought we were going to discuss additional free medicare benefits. I called the company and told to stop sending me leads which they did. It has been over a month and they refuse to give me a refund. They stole $1600 from me. This company is based on fraud, turn and burn clients. The contract says there is no refunds but of course they lie to you about the leads then tell you to read your contract. They send out info about services having to do with seniors, I am sure reverse is on there but when they call to follow up with the client they ask them if they want to meet about the info that was sent to them which is mainly about free medicare benefits. The company is a devised scam to try to legally steal money from companys. The lie to you about the interest of the leads then tell you that you signed a no money back contract. They don't accept credit cards on the first order, only on future orders because you can dispute charges. That should have been a red flag that I missed. They don't get any 2nd orders. A very clever, very fraudulent scam!!! Don't let it happen to you.
