Ordered Yellowstone Park Bills from the New England Mint. There is absolutely no preview of your order until after you press the confirm button, which of course is AFTER you have entered all your credit card info. That's when you find out your order is not what you actually ordered. My original order should have been $25 but ended up being $118. None of the items on the order were even what I ordered!! I called the very next morning to cancel the order. I was told by the rep that the order hadn't shown yet and I would have to call back the next morning. I called the next morning, 11/02/10, and spoke with MATT. I told him I wanted the entire order cancelled and all my money refunded. He said that he has cancelled it and my card had not been charged. Well, two days later I look at my banking statement and they did charge my acct $92.60! I call again on 11/05/10 and speak with MICHAEL #263. I tell him the situation. Well Michael tells me that he will have my money refunded within 24 hrs- he "guarantees" this. The merchandise has already shipped, but all I have to do is mark return to sender when it arrives. But he guaranteed me my money would be refunded within 24 hours. Well guess what? Here it is 11/15/10 and I STILL don't have my money back!! Something has got to be done about this big scam company!!
