Hi All, Whatever happens please be aware of this company.
First of all a sales rep called stating who they are, and expalined what they do and all the costs entailed, it was expensive (120.00 a month)so i was not interested. They kept on repeatedly calling me and then came up with a prmotion of 20.00 for the first month, and was a monthly contract wherby I have to renew contract every month, I opted for it, and made sure and repeatedly asked if they where going to take money without my knowledge on the second month, they said no, only if i renew they will renew contract because it is a monthly contract.
On the 2nd month i realised they have taken 2 payments, one for 117.50 and one for 120.00. I then enquired and apparently they had no such deal of 20.00 for the first month and its a rolling contract, I wanted to speak to a manager that I have been deceived, but who ever i spoke to claimed to be the manager.
I wrote a letter to cancell my contract and also notified my banks and stopped the card.
Several months later, I get a call from debt collectors asking I need to pay an outstanding payment of 100.00. the guy over the phone was very rude and kept on repeatedly asking to pay now or I'l have to face bailifs coming to my door.
I told them I will get legal advice and get back to them, but the guy just repeatedly asked me to pay the outstanding amount.
I am now taking legal advice.
Please Please stay away from this company at any cost, they are great scam artist and the people that work for them have no morals or ethic too.
I am gobsmacked that they are allowed to operate this kind of business, where are the OFT and trading standards gone?.
Im in a state where I feel Im being bullied and completely helpless. I also have this concern at the back of my head for my family and feel like crying.
