i had bought zynga poker chips for facebook from these guys and they have live suppport to talk to them... so i spoke to them and they said they had it.. i clicked on add to cart to purchase them, then they checked the card and then i got an email stating i need to take a pic of it and the back side to show that the card was mine so i did,i even took a pic of my drivers license because i worked in retail and usually thats what they need to prove to them thats me.. i had bought chips before from another company and they wanted my i.d and they sent chips to me after they checked everything out. so then they sent an email telling me they dont need my i.d. which i thought that was weird but then it was too late cus i had already purchased it for $400. then they sent a email receipt and ref. number so i thought everything was fine... then a few hours later they sent an email saying they declined it, not cus they card but because of some i.p which they sent wht i.p. means. it means internet protocol, so when i looked this up to see wht it means its jus numbers into 4 groups with dots between them.. which i had no clue wht these numbers mean nor i never used before to purchase anythng online. what i think is that they wer using this for an excuse not to send chipsbut just to take my money, when i asked someone what does internet protocol means, they told me hackers use these numbers to identify the person or somethn like this.... so again i was too late and i jus barely found this site stating about netro shop is scammers and they take peoples money and not give chips.. of course if i seen this site before i wouldnt of ordered. but theres another thing before that i had purchased another order but i used my friends card because the chips are for him... they even took his money but never gave him his chips.. and the weird thing is that, ok i understand of course the my name and my info of when i registered with them is not the same cus i was using his card but i was telling them the truth my name is shirlene but using my friends card but see they called him to make sure and to approve it so they did.. my friend wanted me to do this cus he doesnt speak english well jus in case they asked him what to do on table of recieving chips, but anyway what was weird is that they told him the card was good and everythn went thrum they took his money after telling us that the names dont match.. of course but they took the money,. usually they wont take the money cus they names dont match, not take the money then tell us after... but see he never told me that they didnt give his money bak,.. they just told him in email that they wil refund his money so he just assumed it was there in his account already... but he never called and i kept telling him to call and let me know but he wanted his chips fast.. so please help us.. they took a total of 800$ from us...please .. thank youllll
