Hello My Name is Nancy O. I Purchased minutes online from NET10 with my account that had all my information, while waiting for my minutes I noticed a phone number that does not belong to me or my online account was on my confirmation receipt. I called 24 hours(10/11/11) from when I purchased my minutes online because I had not received mu minutes and when I had call I was told that there wasn't a purchased made, I was able to verify my bank account statements and then I was told that since there was no purchase that my money will be back on my account within 24hrs... I waited and had nothing in my bank account statements, so I called again(10/13/11)...then I was told that the purchase was made but that I had put a different phone number on my account, when my account has the same serial number that I gave when I first called, then I was told that they could put my minutes back on the phone, but by then I wanted a refund because I lost interest on the NET10 and didn't want to be a customer again and she told me that was fine and gave me a Confirmation # for the refund which was 12975857ETPD2GGD and then was told that I was going to get my refund within 24 - 72hrs. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. I called again(10/17/11)...this time they said that I had put the wrong serial number (when the serial number is on the account) I asked to be transfer to a supervisor and when I was I was told that he could'nt help me becase I have a thrid phone when only I have two phones with NET10 which they are: (720)308-9751 serial number 012 507 006 624 456 and the second phone is (720)443-8125 SERIAL NUMBER 012 507 007 242 340, once I gave him that Information he told me that I put the wrong ZIP CODE which on my account is 80231. When I asked him for the information of the third phone he didn't wanted to give it to me, but according to him it had my first and last name on it but didn't want to give any info. Last but not least he said that the minutes are being in used and he can't help me. To this point I don't know what else to do I have all the information and according to the calls that are made to NET10 there recorded, and he still didn't want to help me. Nancy @gmail.com |
