Neopets ,neopets.com Frozen Premium Account Glendale, California |
1st of Apr, 2011 by User609264 |
Premium account accessed by a key logger or program embedded somewhere on the Neopets site and password, pin and email changed. MSPP that I have had for years stolen in the process which makes me believe I was targeted due to it being a "high end" item. Asked to have the account frozen on the Premium Charter thread once I realized it had been accessed by someone other than myself. Was frozen within 5 - 10 minutes, sent in a ticket and waited. Have now been told by Neopets that I can't verify the account was mine because I can't remember the original email on my very (6 - 7+years) old account. Have sent in copies of my PayPal records showing Neo Cash purchased, screen shots of FFQ's, my personal documents such as drivers license with photo id, address etc, credit cards used to pay for my account and even credit cards that still are currently paying for my alias. Have sent in neofriend lists, past tickets, safety deposit box lists and warnings. Have sent in pets made, adopted and still owned. Have sent in past issues affecting my account and many emails that I have used over the years apart from the very first one that was used to create it. I can't believe that after keeping my account and MSPP safe for so many years and having premium for as long as I did that Neo has now decided I am not who I say I am. Does that mean that the Credit Card that they are still debiting for my Premium alias and my now frozen main is fraudulent as well? I am disgusted by the fact that I can secure a loan with the information I have provided to them but I can't have my account and item returned and they still continue to use an account to draw money from that they themselves said they weren't sure was my own as I haven't proved my identity. I stayed through the mass leavings on Charter a few years ago, bought Neocash and always supported Neopets but now I feel totally let down by them and their I don't care manner and customer service that is non-existent! |
