This is the worst business operation I have ever encountered. Not only were they 7 hours late for our move, but quoted us for $285 and then charged us $582. They claimed we owed them $125 for 2 boxes and one roll of moving tape. They also told us they would have the truck unpacked and our stuff in storage at 10:30 and would charge my credit card (total charges not known) then. However they charged the card at 1:30am so my bank froze the charge on a fraud alert. The company then claimed that because they did not receive payment on the day of the move, we had 10 days to pay them the full amount in cash or they would auction our items. When we went in to try and speak to a manager, we were verbally threatened and not allowed to speak with anyone. This is a major scam!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My daughter recently used this company to move to college. They quoted the lowest rate. The quote DID NOT mention the 18% fuel surcharge. They quoted 2 men, $89, plus a drive time of 1.5 hours, minimum labor was 2 hours, max drive time was 1.5 hours. Total? $280. When the move was done, the price was $460 and had to be paid or they would store my daughter's belongings in a storage facility - i.e. they handcuffed her to pay the FULL UNDISCLOSED PRICE or else they would confiscate her stuff. The BAIT AND SWITCH technique they used was they wrote down 3.25 hours of labor PLUS 1.5hr drive time. They were at the source of the move for 45min and then spent 45min at the destination unloading - a total of 1.5 hrs - but they "wrote down" 3.25 hours PLUS drive time. So, they overcharged her 1.25 hours + the 18% surcharge on fuel - an overage of $180. I called and complained - spoke to customer service and dispatch - they were RUDE, OVERTALKED ME - TERRIBLE to do business with. They will HOOK YOU, SMILE and then SCREW YOU. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY to move your stuff. I am seeking legal action to obtain some sort of justice. I do not ever want this to happen to another person. This company is related to Father and Son's moving and 67th street moving. Do not use ANY of them. The only other company I have used is Two Men and a Truck. They are above board, honest - great experience. You will pay more, but there will be NO HASSLES. I will say it one more time DO NOT, DO NOT USE NEIGHBOR'S TO MOVE YOUR STUFF. THEY ARE DISHONEST SCAMMERS AND SHOULD BE TAKEN TO COURT AND SHUT DOWN.
