ATTENTION PLEASE ADVOID ANY DEALING OR TRANSACTIONS WITH NEHMADI BABAK 20-21 48th st astoria ny 11105 818-445-2500 , i had a dealing with this person sold him a preowned set of mercedes benz rims and tires he came to my shop and inspected both rims and tires carefully and in detail he then paid me for the wheels and exited my shop as a happy customer as all my customers are 3 weeks to 1 month later i recieve a email stating he wants his money back stating the clear coat has lifted on one of the rims i informed him he has purchased preowned rims and not new ( preowned in used but in good clean condition ) i then told him on all preowned purchased there is no refund and sold as is just as anything you buy used he then threated to sue me and made various legal threats , keep in mind he drove on the wheels for 3 weeks to a month and who know what he sprayed on the wheels to clean them that could have damaged the finish , another few weeks go by and then i get another email telling me the wheels are not original ang again with the clear coat i told him get it in writing from a authorized mercedes benz dealership the wheels are not original and i would glady refund you he then made his legal threats and so on ,no letter from a mercedes benz authorized dealership was provided for proof as i asked for , 1 year later i get a letter in the mail i have a judgement on me from this person , i was never informed of a court date , a reason of the court appearnce or any details from the court , i then called nehmadi babak and spoke to him on the phone and he said he had a judgement on me asking me when i was going to pay him i asked him were are the wheels he said still on his car , here is the part which is not right he complained about the wheels 1 month after purchasing them then continued to drive on them for over 1 year of using them and then expects to get his money back in full , THIS PERSON NEHMADI BABAK IS A PROBLEM AVOID SELLING HIM ANYTHING HE WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS FOR YOU DOWN THE ROAD AFTER THE TRANSACTION AND AFTER USING THE PRODUCT FOR A AMOUNT OF TIME TRY TO GET HIS MONEY BACK THEN SUE YOU HIS INFOMATION AS FOLLOWS***** NEHMADI BABAK 20-21 48TH ST ASTORIA NY 11105 818-445-2500**** since the judgement he has harrased me with various postings on sites i will be issuing a law suite against him for harrasment this week please avoid this man at all cost and have no dealings with him at all , thank you for reading my post
