NCO Financial NCO They LIED to me about what I was agreeing to and they STOLE money out of my account. Horsham, Pennsylvania

I was contacted by NCO daily for a while about an outstanding loan. They convinced me that they could help me if i wanted to go back to school. I was told that I would have to sign and mail an agreement in to get it approved. They asked if I could put $175 down and pay $100 a month for 9 months. I agreed to that. When I received the letter it had so many other things in it that I didn't discuss that I didn't want to go through with the agreement. I never signed it or was told that it was approved. My bank sent me a statement showing that my account is $203 overdrawn from this company. I feel like I was lied to because in the agreement it said I had to agree to an additional percentage being taken out and I told them at the time I could not afford more than what we agreed on. They too the money and I cannot contact the account manager to discuss why they took the money after we did not have an agreement that we both were satisfied with. They withdrew money out of my account with out permission and under false pretenses because they knew that the extra percentages were not a part of the original agreement...
