Navigator Sold an untitled vehicle with the previous owners plates! Very unhelpful in remedying the situation. Fort Wayne, Indiana

I purchased a vehicle from another party who had purchased it from Navigator. When I attempted to title the vehicle, I quickly found out that there was a titling issue. I contacted Josh at Navigator for assistance since they had sold the vehicle and never ensured title transfer. I found that when Navigator acquired the vehicle, they never had the title transferred from the original owner, continued using the original owners license plate, and actually sold it to the new owner with the original owners plates! I simply stated that I was trying to figure out a titling issue and needed to see if they had information to contact the part to whom Navigator sold the vehicle or information on whether the title was still in Navigator's name. Josh was quickly rude and told me it wasn't their problem and he wasn't going to help me. After some more research, I found the information in regards to Navigator completing the sale to the new party when they never held the title and never changed the plates from the previous owners. Don't do business with Navigator as they clearly can't be trusted!
