National PLatium Member Services Unauthorized ACH Carson City, Nevada

I have no Idea who either of these Companies are, I never asked, saw or agreed to anything, this Company obtained my checking account information from somewhere, don't know where and put an ACH throught my checking account for $99.95 on 12/24/10. When I saw the charge, there was a phone number along with the transaction, my Credit Union was closed for the Christmas Holiday so I could not contact them, I called the phone no listed, a person male answered after I selected option 5. Told me that I had put my inforation out there, so too bad and I couldl not get a refund, never told me what it was or about, his name was Chris. So far my investigation has led me nowhere, how ever I think this is the same Company that did this to me 2 years ago, said the same thing and I had my bank reverse the unauthorized transaction, the Company I found was in Seattle Washington with an address in Las Vegas then Boston, MA, a total rip of Company, this happen because I bought some thing online, how they got my informatin was illegal, I will be at my Credit Union on Monday and try and get this reversed. It really put me in a bind, I am a total disabled Vietnam Veteran, limited income, this was my Electric Bill money, don't know what to do if my bank doesn't reversed this they will shut my electiricity off.
