I called 1-800-741-8183 to order a Water Jet from a TV advertisement. The call was completely automated. I answered YES to ordering a water jet and yes to adding a second water jet free with only the shipping cost. I answered "No Thank You" for Soap Dispenser and Foam Brush, and answered NO to all other offers. This is all recorded. At the end of the call, I was told what my total dollar amount was, and I was totally shocked. I tried to press zero, pound sign, and *, but nothing would take me to a person. I tried to call back, but there was no option to correct the error. No Thank you sounds nothing like YES!!!! I received the item I did not order prior to the items I ordered. The package had been opened and obviously returned from someone else that had returned it. I have pictures of it. They will let me return it, but will not credit the shipping charges for the item I did not order, and they want me to send it back to them via UPS with insurance !!! I am totally appalled! There is no phone number you can call to talk to a real person, nor any information on their website information where you can report a problem.
