THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! Bank of America sent us information to use
NCCI to assist us with possible loan mod options. We scheduled an appt
with a guy name Eric in the California Office for Wednesday, June 8,
2011 at 7:00 pm. This appt was scheduled on The previous Thursday. On
Saturday morning a guy showed up from their office. We explained that
we had a scheduled appt for Wednesday and he said no worries. On
Wednesday, surprise surprise they never showed up. We called
immediately and spoke to a lady named Camille on Wed June 8,2011 at 7:10
pm. She stated that our appt was cancelled the previous Friday before
anyone even came out on Saturday. She also stated it was to late for
any help since they had closed our account. We hung up on her furious
with the response and immediately contacted Bank of America, where a
gentleman named Assan ext. 6346 apologized for the confusion and claimed
he understood our anger and frustration. One minute later, Camille
from NCCI called us back to apologize and let us know the supervisor had
authorized another appointment. She stated she would call back June
9,2011 at noon, which never happened...shocking I know. Then at around
3:00pm some guy called and said oh we scheduled you appt for tomorrow
June 10,2011 at 7:00pm. Again we waited and long behold no one showed
up yet again. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM BEING PAID FOR A SERVICE THEY
DON'T PROVIDE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! We have now decided to fight the battle
in court and make sure we tell the world about NCCI and their lying,
scamming, deceitful practices, while filling their pockets on the pain
of America. Hope it feels good to work for such a disgusting disgrace
of an organization. |

| I had an appointment with them on the 6 0f september and there never showed up . i called bank of america and they told me that some one cancelled the appointment with me . I'm very disapointed . Sofar i'm still in my house and try to make a many payment as i can . If done so far 3 mods with bank of america and i'm on my 4th . I hope with all my heart that this time it will work . I got a plan on my own and hopen that i get it done as planed . lina g |

| I filed for assistance through NCCI on Aug 19th. The representative told me that it would take no longer than 3 weeks to hear back. It's been almost 5 weeks since then. I called BOA twice & it seems like they really don't want to help me at all. Can you say scam. These people are a joke. All I get from BOA is that they can't find record of any such activity. What kind of business is this. I mean... I even gave them the name of the representative & the extension that I spoke with. Still no help. I guess all I can do now is sit around while these morons carelessly toy around with my family's well-being. Thanks for nothing!!! I wouldn't recommend BOA or NCCI to anyone. FU BOA!!! |

| Just so you know NCCI doesnt get paid unless they make a visit to the debtor. So the lady who is crying about NCCi...talk to your BOA guy. NCCI may have been in error for not showing up but they didnt make a dime. |
