I came to these people with the assumption they did business on the up and up and wasunfortunately leftin aterrible situation. After being initially contacted by one of the principals they led me to believe that they'd absolutely be able to get me the capital I would need.

After this hopeful conversation, I went and called my accounts and informed them I would in fact be able to accomodate them sooner than later, and to start making preparations.

I was then contacted about 10 days later by another principal after I had filled out an application for factoring (and paid $1,000 for the application fee) that I unfortunately did not qualify. What's interesting was prior to my paying the application fee I was told it's completely refundable if they were unable to obtain the financing I was applying for.

Toadd insult to injury after all was said and done, I would not be able to recoup the application fee I paid them in confidence. At the end of the day these people took my money and did nothing for me. It's upsetting to see in a recession there are people posing as the solution to all of your problems when in reality, they're contributing to them.

I would advise ANYONE and EVERYONE to stay away from doing any business with this company. They are a total scam who I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
