On January 10, 2011, I placed an order with Nala Grace Bows for 76.97. To this day, I have not received this order. On March 19th, I received this reply to my e-mail: Hi, I just got you message in my spam folder for some reason.. I'm not sure why you have not recieved this order as of now, & since I can not find tracking on the order I will personally ensure the order is shipped to you this week.

www.NalaGrace.com I have never received another e-mail after countless attempts to contact them in the same manner. I am certain I am (to put it bluntly) "screwed" but I do intend on further investigating this and having my attorney look into it to receive my money back and hopefully make certain no one else will run into this same scam. I have seen now I am far from being the first.... so shame on me for not checking into this company first before ordering. It is ridiculous that this company has been allowed to go this far with all these scams. Now their web site says it is closed down due to overload of orders they are trying to get out by Easter. Sure! What about all of the others orders they promised by the end of summer, Christmas, and all the other countless dates? I do hope something can be done about this company. If not, I need to know so I can take further measures. Thank you for your help in the matter.
