The initial charge that you have paid for is good for 14 days, after the 14 day access if not cancelled the subscription auto-renews, as stated on the payment confirmation email we sent upon purchase. Your subscription begins immediately, meaning from the day that you’ve paid the $ 2.95, you have all premium access to all of our services: you can print, email and download as many resume and cover letters as you want and customize it for every job that you will apply to. It will only auto renew on the 15th day for $35.80 and will be continuously billed every 4 weeks unless cancelled.
We also provide many ways in which you can cancel: By phone, chat, email to [email protected] and even through “Account Settings” online
