SUSPENDED eBay user mywapple places adds on Craig's list BEWARE! |
16th of Jul, 2011 by 011684106 |
I've been selling on eBay since September 1999. I was a TOP RATED POWER SELLER with 100% Positive Feedback. One of my friends saw an add on Craig's list, "Looking for a ebay power seller or with good feedback (Irving)... Looking for a ebay power seller or with good feedback I have a computer company and looking to sell on ebay too. www.mywapple.com call or text me at 214-886-3709." Well here's the problem this was on 5/12/2011. I started selling computers on ebay. After a few sales he started paying me less each time because he was not making enough money. He will tell you that he's never listed on ebay - that's a lie. He will tell you that he's an authorized Apple tech - that's also a lie. His "friend" who is an "Authorized Apple Dealer" is really North Park Mall / Stonebriar Mall / Online Apple stores. Upgrades are made by store tech's. The only thing he does is install unauthorized software already registered to him, which I believe is illegal. On June 29th, eBay deleted all my listings. Now I am banned from ebay FOREVER. Well so much for this single mom's only source of income. I don't know what to do now that Moo Jae and mywapple wrecked my only source of income. Moo Jae is bad news. He is a fraud. Do not do business with this con artist. See eBay's response below!
"Dear Christina,
I have completed an additional review of your account and show that your
account was found to be linked by similar contact information and / or
financial information and / or account behavior to:
eBay userid: mywapple
When the account mentioned above was first actioned on 5/14/11, that
account sent an email informing them not to register or use any existing
accounts until the issues were resolved. However, our records indicate
that you then used this account to list the Mac Books in June.
After reviewing your situation again, we have decided that your account
will remain suspended due to the nature of the violations. I am sorry if
you are unhappy with the decision not to reinstate your account.
However, please understand that we have a responsibility to ensure eBay
is a safe and secure place to trade and we do not allow members to
participate on the site if they have unresolved issues on additional
accounts.
Going forward, if we find any other associated accounts circumventing
the outline of our original decision; the related account will be
suspended with no chance for appeals. This may also affect your original
account and any appeals processes it may hold in the future.
Although future emails from you will be read we will be unable to
respond to any requests for reinstatement of this account. Again, if you
would like to continue using eBay you may appeal the suspension of your
original account.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Michelle V.

I'm glad I came across this. I saw his posting on Craigslist too and thought about doing this since I have used my account for listing similar products. I thought it would be a good thing I could do while I go to school. I have way to many good reviews and feedback to risk working for some shady guy. Thought it was legit but I guess its just another sketchy post. Sorry Moo Jae (mywapple) |
