I placed an order with MyVitaNet.com on August 3, 2011. It seemed like a good company with good prices, was I fooled! The site said I would have my order in 3-14 days. I didn't receive anything or any correspondence saying when my order would ship. I checked several times, then decided to email them to find out when it would be shipped. Normally when you order online you receive an email confirming the order and info on shipping to your email address. They charged my account right away! I was waiting for a response to my email and didn't receive anything, I didn't realize you have to go on their website, into your order to get your answer. They responded by saying that my order was on backorder for 3-4 weeks. I responded back by saying it would have been good customer service to let me know this when I ordered or before I had to ask them. I also asked them about an order they had listed that I placed in 2009 (and was shipped) which I did not recall at all, there was no answer to that question. Needless to say, I never received any answer, instead when I went into my account the messages that I had sent them and the one they responded to were gone! I found that a little weird. I called customer service, only to find that if you are calling about an existing order, you have to go to the website and email them. I picked #2 for placing an order. When I spoke to the rep, Chas (he was nice), he informed me there was an 8 week backorder!!! I explained to him what happened and told him just cancel my order!! He said he deals with it everyday! Now I have to wait to see if they credit me as fast as they took my money!!

Same experience, except I have disputed the charge to my Credit Card Company and have printed all correspondence. Additionally, I have filed a complaint w/ my TN Consumer Affairs Office as well as the Federal Trade Commission.

I have just experienced the same thing!!! I placed an order Oct 27, 2011 for items listed on the website as "in stock". After two emails to their customer service people and two messages (I can't seem to get in touch with a real, live person) I disputed the charges with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the FTC. Any other suggestions? I have printed off their claims of 24/7 CS! Hooey!!! Where are they actually located?
