I was informed by a Realtor that I do a lot of business with that the website Myhuckleberry.com was doing online advertising for services performed in the city of Laguna Beach,Ca. This is the city that I have my residence as well as my business Ourfundsonline a commercial loan broker.I was told that the advertising was free so I figured I had nothing to lose.....but as usual if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. After spending 30 minutes filling out my companies information they had asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a larger paid advertisement and I declined however they said they needed a credit card to keep on file in case in the future I wanted to upgrade ....Of course are first I was resistant but after spending 30 minutes inputting my companies information I decided to trust their word...BIG MISTAKE! !! As I later found out they ran my credit card and charged it $9.99 .....this was just the start of my problems as the moment I found out my card was charged I tried e-mailing them. The first e-mail to a representative by the name of Samuel came back undeliverable .....I was upset and would not give up so I tried e-mailing them 7 days in a row. Finally I received a e-mail by another representative by the name of Eric he apologized and said they were sorry and would take care of my problems .....well it has been a month at that never happened nor has he returned any of my e-mails.I have searched all over the internet trying to find a contact phone number or a physical address and there is not one listed. It really amazes me that they would allow companies on the internet to collect credit card information and bill credit cards if they do not have any phone numbers listed or a physical address. How am I supposed to contact the company to ask that my funds be returned when I don't know where to start with contacting them. There has to be a reason why they don't list any information .....they are not a legitimate company. I have dealt with the loss however want others to be aware and by all means don't give them your credit card information unless they provide you with a address and a phone number. |
