| My Vegas Business is being offered as a complete turn key internet business, that is all set up for you. I t has a nice Web presence and appears to be the next best thing for Wanna-be marketers. My initial response, since I live in NV was this is awesome. All you have to do is drive the traffic to your site, (which you only need to buy a domain name for) and the My Vegas Business (MVB) back-end takes care of your customers for you, making the sell and reservations. For this, you as a new internet marketer, get anywhere from 5-20% commission for each sale. Just drive the traffic, and the rest is taken care of by MVB. Sounds good right? Well think again!! I opted in for the medium package costs, around $167 that was for the initial Website, and 6 weeks of Training. I figured, if I am going to do this right, why not get the best information from the developers that I can get, and start rolling. After my domain purchase, I then started to set up ways to drive traffic through Facebook, Twitter, Blogs and a little back linking. In less than three weeks, I had over 380 hits on the site, 90 hits on the blog from interested parties all over the world. Awesome, this works, right? Wrong!! The first two Webinars were a joke, giving information on how to set up your back-end information for you website. No solid information on how to get your site making money, or on how the whole process works. The money that was paid for training, was for training, not for a couple of "GUYS" telling me on how to put in my email address in the back-end. Both Webinars were a waste of time!! My Son and a friend, both made requests through my site, to get information on Hotel reservations and dates for some up and coming events. According the MVB, they should get a phone call with in fifteen minutes of the requests, with an agent offering them options, dates and prices. To this day, 17 days later, they have not received a call!! Out of the over 450 hits and interested parties, there were only (4) customers (supposedly) that requested information. (my son and friend, and two others). Since MVB did not full fill their promise of getting back to customers to make the sale, I got NO SALES for my efforts. Really...450 potential customers, and no sales? An now for the SUPPORT. Bottom line, there is NONE!! I have sent over 10 emails, requesting information on how the process works, when will my customers be called, and Webinar information. I have not received ONE response back, or even an automated "We received your request and will get back with you in 24-48 hours" response. And the final straw...this weeks Webinar was to be held on Tuesday, at the regular time, and it was rescheduled for Thursday. No reschedule email was sent out telling of the change. No big deal if you have nothing to do, and you haven't scheduled your life around that time. Come Thursday, same time...NO WEBINAR at all! Again, no email or explanation. If Troy Arnold and the MVB internet business is going to make it at all, they need to try something else. As internet marketers, they have every ones money, no support, and in my opinion, a horrible product. If you want to get frustrated, waste a lot of time and see no results, then these are the GUYS to work with. Otherwise, find something else as I am doing, because My Vegas Business my not be a SCAM, but they sure are not a legitimate business. |
