Pumas-shoes.com is an online store website hosted in China, they sell counterfeit puma shoes to the "whole word". Do not buy from this store, they are unprofessional and will never refund money yout back. The website looked suspicious at the time of my purchase but didn't pay attention much to the details, so I went ahead and ordered two pairs of shoes from their website. I have received a bunch of emails confirming the charge on my card. Two days later I receive NO tracking information. I start to worry about this situation and think I was scammed. After further investigation online, I have realized that the shoes sold are bunch of sad counterfeit versions; I have alsi done a WHOIS request on the website and saw that they are based in China. As soon as I found out about these bad news, I have requested to cancel the order on the 18th of November through their billing system based in the U.K (billigsupportsystem.com). The billing system opened a ticket for me to communicate with merchant. In the ticket, I have clearly stated that I am canceling the order and wanted a refund on my card. The merchant says that I have to pay for the lose transaction and will thus be refunded 85% of the original amount paid which was 130 USD. Anyway, I agree to this (since it was my fault) so I wait then for the refund on my card. After 4 days of waiting, no refund yet. I recontact the merchant inquiring about the refund. Merchant replies that items have already been shipped out. Altough I CANCELLED the order, they still wanted to sell me the items, virtually because I have still received NO valid tracking number. Moral of the story, NEVER purchase ANYTHING from a suspicious website with no reviews and based in China.
