| I dropped off a dirtbike that needed to be fixed. The bike was beautiful and just would not fire. We dropped off the bike on the 9/10/11. After 10 days and the run around that they were still doing a dionostic test on it I advised them I was on my way to get the bike. When we arrived to get the dirtbike I also called the police because I knew there was going to be problems. After 1 cop showed up and started talking with them she had to call for back up and 3 other units showed up. The owner of the shop said the bike was no longer there. the officer asked where the dirtbike was and they refused to answer the police officer questions. After the police officer told them that I was going to sign warrants for their arrest for theft by conversion they stated come back at 5pm and they would give me the bike back BUT I had to pay 150.00 extra on top of the 50.00 I paid them just to find out what the problem was. So they wanted 150.00 for doing nothing to the bike. I spoke with Criminal investigations unit and found out the place is suspected of being a chop shop and they are at there facility several times a week. So after receiving the case number we went to the Clayton County courthouse where warrants were signed. Oh yea also when I showed up with the police I was sitting in the bp parking lot because I knew they would probably kick me out of the store. So I played it smart and stayed in public lot off their property. They tried to tell the police officer that they wanted a criminal tresspass warrant issued against me. Well that did not work because I was not on their property and let the police dept do the work for me. So do not go there to the business when you have problems. Call the police and have them meet you in the BP lot next door so they cant pull that stunt on you. So now that I have researched this company through the Better Business Bureu they have an F rating with over 19 complainnts. There are websites with all kinds of bad info on this company. So now because it was over 200 it is a felony in the state of Ga. Not only is it criminal I also signed a civil warrant for the amount of the bike, the amount they charged me and the amount they are trying to charge me for doing nothing which is well over 650.00 I suggest if you have anything with this company you get your property back. or try to get your property back. Do not do it yourself. Call clayton county police dept and have them meet you. This company will be shut down. What they failed to realize is that I had been a cop for over 15 years and a criminal investigator for some time. This company post on craigslist so I will also post a caution there as well. |

| So what happen...none of them went to jail I just dropped my motorcycle off???? They seem pretty straight up to me and I read there contract...it seemed clear to me!!! If you don't pay a cancellation fee you won't get your stuff back if you choose not to get it fixed!!! Seems fair considering the work they will have to do...and they only have like 17 complaints on bbb...pretty good I think!!! And if the cops came why didn't they arrest them then and there????? Sounds civil to me I'm also a police officer and have been for 17 years...can't stand people who don't take responsibility for there own actions!!! |

| I to Was ripped of from Mr.Fixit ( Mr.Ripoff) I to a amp and Speaker to be fixed. I was told that they would give me a call In 10days or I can pay a extra $50.00 to get the item repaid In 7days. Well 10days tTurned in 3mos; So i went to get my stuff back ;they gave me some bogus excuse that they tried to contact me serveral times and the Item Is now gone: Gone Where????? I was so mad I Just let because I had to drive 65miles to get home...I say well all get together and have a Class action Lawsuit against them... |

| You guys/gals should check out this Channel 2 news clip. These guys are crooks. Cops have been called there over 40 times this year!!! | All this trouble could not have happened to more deserving guys...They broke a signed contract between me and them after they found out I blasted them on Facebook and on their own website. I can't wait to have my day in court. I have filed a complaint with Clayton County that the last two times I went into their (so called) shop I felt physically and verbally threatened by their attitude towards me.. I think after we all see them carted off to jail we should go celebrate.. This really puts a bad light on the people who are trying to operate an honest small business. |

| Yah I had the same problem also.I took my plasma tv there and after 4 mths parts still aren't in. So I finally gave up and after having to pay a cancellation fee and and got it back my cord was missing and they said I didn't have on, Yah right. But to make it short a friend of mine referred me to someone they did a house call and they had my tv repaired in a matter of hrs |
