Debra Moore of Moore's roofing took money to do a complete roofing job. They never started and kept making empty promises to get the job done.
After many months of empty promises I cancelled and requested a full refund from Debra Moore (Moores roofing).
She said "no problem" but it would take a 7-10 days to get a refund from the roofing wholesale company she allegedly gave money to for the materials. That was back around 6-10-2010.
Since then, week after week she promised we would have it in a few days. In late august I filed complaints with the BBB and registrar of contractors and have not gotten a response from moores roofing since then.
I even went on television (12 news on your side) to try and get resolution to no effect.
Her business license has been revoked for several years but is still doing business under the pretence that she does have a license (ROC# 172134).
Moores roofing has ripped off many, many people in this way and continues to do so. She knows how to work the system and get around full restitution to her victims.
