Paid $997 Mike Warren / MISU for a "Judgement & Lien" processing course called "Judgement & Lien Money Machine. After reviewing the material I did the exhausting research required and submitted a valid judgement on June 6, 2011 today is Aug 4, 2011. No part of the "Lien & Judgement" submission has been acted upon. A "phone staff" of 2 or 3 is accessible HALF DAYS ONLY but provide NO FUNCTIONAL information or assistance regarding their product. supposedly the "judgement" was submitted to their "associate company" ICS / Integrated Credit Service. ICS has a FAX and a "general support email" only but no one ever responds. MISU has a "phone support staff of 2 or 3 working half day's only - 10a-2p Central Time - but they refer questions to a "help desk" (net based help ticket ZenDesk). The "Help Desk Tickets" are never responded to. COMPLETE RIPOFF - I am considering researching the possibility of a class action lawsuit as I cannot be the only one who is experiencing this. Must stop now for time constraints but will post more info later. |

Wow. When someone sends in only o1 deal and expects an instant result rather than letting the system do its job and then verify your submission through their online database, it makes it hard to satisfy anyone. How do you know you even sent in the correct creditor information (most common cause of deals not getting completed).
Did you participate their coaching calls they do 2x a week?
Did you check the online database?
Their attorney network is extensive and they get the job done once you give them a chance. You know you can also bypass them entirely and do the deal yourself (they show you how in the course) or you can find your own attorney and cut out the middleman. The judgment business is profitable if you simply follow what they teach you. |

This is to 1892newyork. Did you miss the part when he or she said, "No part of the Lien & Judgement" submission has been acted upon.

Even when you try calling you can't get a straight answer. I'm sure with who he or she talked with would tell them to check the online database if he didn't. Sounds like to me they did the right steps for what they had to do, but got nothing out of it.
How is one suppose to just flip the deals and in 7 days get paid for it? Doesn't sound like that would happen if they don't act on the deals you submit to them. Yes you can bypass them all together, but if one doesn't want to and have them do the work for you as they claim, why would I?
Unless you work directly for the company 1892newyork, I wouldn't come so quickly to there aid. I have googled Mike Warren, and there is literally hundreds of complaints about him on how he cheats people.
Go ahead look him up and you will see for yourself. I just saw a great webinar a day or so ago with Mike Warren about Judgment and Leins. I tell ya it was great and I am still thinking about it. However I googled him and I found people really had nothing good to say about him. One especially on how he or his company do not give you a full refund if you are not in any way satisfied with the product as he claims. Numerous people have had this problem and for the people that actually get somewhere with them, they try to pull a 150 dollar re stalking fee. That is all I have to say about this. I will leave it at that for now. I myself am disappointed to hear about all the negative stuff about him. There is a reason for all the bad comments, I don't believe people are lying. If the product is really what it is and claims all that it does, then I believe people would have no reason to complain. But there is a reason for the complaints. |
