after purchasing my dream home which was to be built in 2008 i am still waiting.i recieved several e mails during 2007 showing progress and each quarter sent money as asked.then came the recession where it was on hold.i decided to go out to dubai earlier this year after sending e mail after e mail and continually ringing only to be ignored.god only knows what the picture progress i have been sent is of as after being told it was to first floor level it is a sand mound.i tried ringing in dubai with no joy and have left numerous messages on the phone and e mails to which i have been ignored.i dont no how to get hold of anyone now and dont no what will happen to my monies paid.dehair0 south yorks england

Minc are big conartists i purchased property in dubai from them and they were managing the apartment.
they paid me for awhile for the tenants in the property then all of a sudden it stopped. i called and they told me there was no tenants in the property which was not my problem as i signed with them an agreement that rent would be guaranteed regardless of tenant or no tentant so it was not my problem. i continuously rang them after and emailed and got no reply they were ignoring phone calls sometimes i would get through to an employee and would be told they would ring me back later so decided to go down to dubai where i found tenants to be living in the flat who had paid minc rent for the whole year so why no payment!!!

i am tired of this the disregard they have shown me and the non payment of my money and i am getting solicitors in dubai to take action and if i was you i would do the same now as i am hearing they are trying to file bankrupcy and transfer money into their family names so i see even when they are communicating acting like they are still in business they are just trying to buy time so they can run off with peoples money
