I purchased a 2004 Ford E450 in August, 2010. listed on EBAY by Millennium Auto Sales. The video showed the vehicle running, It did not move , but the engine did run. I was told by the owner of Millennium, that the transmission was recently overhauled with all new parts by his mechanic, but was still slipping. He said it needed tires also. He also stated the engine ran good. I would have never bid on and purchased this vehicle if it had any engine problems. These 6.0 Ford Diesel engines are very expensive to repair and all parts are expensive. The fuel injectors alone are close to $250 each , and it uses 8 of them. I purchased it and then paid an additional $500.00 for delivery. I thought that EBAY had a buyers guarantee that was for 30 days. If there was a problem, I would just turn it over to EBAY. Then the problems started. Paul Jones told me that his trucking company was finishing up a contract and it would be a week or so. This dragged on till well after the EBAY 30 day warranty was up. Then he tells me the truck won't start now, but he would get it fixed. To make a long story short , this dragged on for 6 months. I was very patient and belived all his lies. He finally said it was running and put it on a delivery truck that broke down and delayed the delivery for another month. When I finall got the van , it would not start and had to be pushed off the delivery trailer and pushed to my house. When I got a chance to check it out, I could not believe what I found. Inside, on the floor of the van was the intake tubing from the turbo to the intake manifold, the air cleaner was in the floor also, under the hood was pieces of tubing completely bypassing the turbo and there were bent and broken fuel lines and wires every where. There is no way this engine was running. I will be filing a lawsuit against this scam Dealer and I will get justice. Paul talks a good story , but behind it all , he is just another used car con man. |

How sad, Im sorry to hear you had a run in with these people too...Heres my review Ive been posting everywhere I can to prevent someone else becoming a victim like us...
BEWARE!: A person affiliated with this company STOLE a Kings Ranch Ford from a very close family member of mine. He found the truck on the side of the road with a for sale sign, offered to purchase it on consignment and then paid for it with a bad check...after MONTHS of the run around he still had not paid a dime of the $18, 000.00 sale price. Mark Pass took advantage of a good man that trusted his word and really believed him when he said he would pay, the checks in the mail, the transfer is complete...all lies. To this day the truck remains unpaid for and there is not much to do since the owner of the truck gave him the signed title after Mark gave him a bounced check for half of the purchase price (the remaining to be paid upon delivery of the truck) Millennium Auto Sales is the place that he was told to take the truck to for inspection and where Mark Pass eluded to owning/working at. Just BEWARE, while I am not sure the exact relationship between the two enities, just know that there is a very direct one. Google Mark Pass and you will also find a fraud report for MILLENNIUM LANDSCAPING.
I stand behind this review 100%, everything I stated is true and told to maybe help others when making the decision to do business with Mark Pass, or any of his affiliates. I sure wish we knew then what we know now. I will be posting this review other places as well in an effort to prevent the same thing happening to someone else with a trusting and honest ethic. |
