I would not believe any of these reviews about this company. ANYONE can leave them and I would venture a guess that he is leaving them himself. This company totally screwed up our mod. First off lets just say that we NEVER QUALIFIED for this to begin with. We had been denied HAMP and another legit company would not take our case because we made to much money. They claim to have a detailed plan that if you don't qualify they won't take your case. Really? This was never the case. After months of pushing his company for any information at all we were given a completely stupid plan by B of A in which they wanted up front fees and only taking $200 of our mortgage only to add it right on to the end with interest. We told him from the gate that a 40 year was not what we wanted. He tyold us everything we wanted to here to get our money even after we repeatedly told him that we made to much money. After the got this stupid "mod" from B of A they tell you to take it as if it is the wonderful deal and they claim to work with the bank again. We were then told by this company that we did not tell them how miuch income we made in 2009. This company now blames a former employee for their mistakes and ALL income information, tax returns, wage stubs were given directly to Matt BEFORE he took our money. We were not in foreclosure when we came to this company and it was suggested to us to not make our payments. Do not do listen to these people. This will only bite you in the butt. We received a notice from B of A during the loan mod process that stated they would not work with us if we did not make our payments. This company dismissed it. It really does not matter as B of A will not work with you anyways. Most importantly this company did not even have a valid DRE license to conduct mods in our state and CANNOT charge any upfront fees. We have turned this over to the DRE and the AG for further review. It is clear this person is trying to take advantage of people that can get a HAMP mod buy themselves. It is against the law to not provide this information to you ahead of time BEFORE you pay any money. Additionally after searching the FL State records it shows that this company is not even a LLC anymore. Go see a lawyer before doing business with them.
