I took my car here because the check engine light was on and it wasn't running 100% normal. Al said he would do a free diagnostics test and let me know. Well he does the test apparently and tells me you've got major problems a blown head gasket and you need a new engine ! WHAT!!! You've got to be kidding me. I can get you a used motor for $4000. REALLY! I think you would be able to tell if you need a new engine. No noise from the motor, no knocking sound, doesn't shake. The only problem I noticed was when accelerating from a stop I wasn't getting full power. Took it to my husbands friend and he changed the fuel filter and spark plugs for $100 and it runs great! I guess when they see a young woman come in they think like a pack of wolves FRESH MEAT! We're gonna get this one. NOT!!!!! BEWARE! Don't be scammed by these people. |

Its a shame that un informed customer would take the advise of a non professional. I have been and will be mor ethan will to perform the engine test that indicated a bad headgasket...My doors are wide open. Backyard mechanics or do it yourselfer's should leave repait to the professionals... |

This was absolutly not the case. The vehicle came into the shop without an oil cap on when we did an oil change and the customer was fully informed. He was not willing to wait so we could have one sent over from the dealer and against out professional advise he drove off from out shop. We then get a mysterious phone call that there was no cap when we just explained to him that he need to purchase one. In any case we told him to stop back over and that we would order one like we origionally suggested. He showed back up and we installed the cap and re check his oil..He actually thanked us and he drove off saying that he would highly recommend us to all his friends and family ????? we are absolutly puzzled why this review was written... |
