| Mike Defiglio came to our office to show us company t-shirts that we could print up and make for our company. We gave him a huge deposit and now it has been weeks and he has disappeared with our money and no t-shirts to show for. He has also ripped off another local company who referred him to us, our company is small and we cannot afford to lose money like this. All phone numbers given to us go other places and he won't answer the phone. |

| Mike Defiglio ALSO came to our office on 6/29/2011 to show us company t-shirts that we could print up and make for our company. We ALSO gave him a huge deposit and now it has been weeks and he has disappeared with our money!. He has also ripped off another local company and we feel totally taken advantage of. He did actually call our office a few days after he took our prepayment and said that his wife died and he was sorry but it would take a little while longer to complete our order, but would be delivered withing the next week! I also want to mention when he did come into our office the first time, I could have sworn I smelt alcohol on him but wasn't totally sure. Since one of our vendors referred him to us I really didn't think it was a potential red flag. After reading the above post, I feel totally ripped off too! |

| In May this guy Mike Defiglio came to my business in North Hollywood and took a sizable deposit for a shirt and hat order before he disappeared. He called with many excuses like his battle with Hepatitis C that has caused him to fall behind on his orders. He finally stopped taking my calls and emails last month in July. I'm following every measure I can to find this guy and make sure he doesn't do this to anyone else!!! DO NOT take money from this guy! |

| He did the same to our company. He came in May. He stopped answering my phonecalls last week. We he came I had did an internet search to see if anything popped up like this on him but there was nothing. Wish I had found this post prior to. I agree let's compare notes and find a way to get our money back or at least put this guy behind bars! |

Has Anyone gone down to the Gardena address to see if it is legitamate?? I am thinking about doing this.

| No we haven't. I tried looking on googlemaps for it. The address gets to some street that looks industrial/retail though. Did he give you guys a 2011 catelog as well? i'm about to contact portauthority to inform them that they have someone using their catelog to scam people. What numbers do you guys have for him? Those are the phone numbers I have as well. I blocked my number and he picked up about 3 weeks ago.
He claimed that he was going to honor everything after getting over his wifes alleged death. I told him about this site and he almost started crying. There is a website that if you pay 15 dollars and give them Mikes cell phone, they will give you his home address. I dont know what I would do. Perhaps taking 1200 dollars out on his car. Im sending someone down to Gardena shhortly and I will post what I find. |

| He just called me with a blocked number. He started with that faked voice again trying to sound unwell to get sympathy. He said he's having a hard time getting the order. I told him he needs to just give back our money because we don't need his services. After a shouting match with him, I told him that if he doesn't get us our money back in a week. I'm going to round up everyone that I've come into contact with that he's ran off on and we're all going to the police station, and not to get the money back from him because it's obvious that he doesn't have the money or he would have refunded it. BUT we will look to press criminal charges for fraud. |

Mike Defigilio scammed my company, too. I even called 6 references on the guy first. We are attempting to file in Small Claims Court. I would love any information on his whereabouts. I need a current address. I did talk to gentleman at Capture Ink. They have Mike listed as a current sales rep. He stated that Mike shows up about twice a month. And that he is "trying" to be a rep for them.
Please post any info about Mike's residence. I have the same 2 phone numbers that were listed above as well. |

| We are taking him to Small Claims Court. Date is set for December 21, 2011. Case #11A02755. Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, Santa Monica Courthouse. |

It's obvious that Mike DeFiglio has taken large amounts of money from several businesses in the Los Angeles area and not delivered on any of his promises. We need the support from anyone who has given this man money and not received a refund of money or the goods purchased.
An official police report has been submitted with the El Segundo Police Department. He was in their custody at the time the report was issued on 11/09/11 but the police were unable to arrest him at that time due to the lack of other reports of his crime.
We need people to come forward and file a police report with the El Segundo department or any other local LA police department so the LAPD can make an arrest for felony fraud. The police have all of his contact information and address and will be able to pursue this man if other people come forward with their story. | I am the person who posted on November 11th, saying we had Mike outside my business in El Segundo. Just to let you all know, HE CAME THROUGH WITH MY ORDER TODAY, DEC 23rd! At the time the police interrogated him, I asked for my money back -which he refused to do. He kept saying he wanted to perform the job. I continually called and emailed him and finally warned him I was going to get together with several of the people on this blog who have filed reports and go for a FELONY conviction if I did not have the order complete and in my hands by today. Well lo and behold, he dropped off the order today. It is complete and beautiful. It took forever and lots of worry and stress and he is a godawful businessman, but i have to say he came through. | This Mike D. character did the exact same thing to our company in Gardena in 2011. He ordered a bunch of small custom embroidery orders from us at the same to the tune of $1, 300, promising to pay when everything is done. He disappeared before he picked up the last two orders, but he got everything else. He picked the phone a few times promising to pay in full, saying he was almost dead from some kind of illness or whatever. Then I could not reach him anymore. I still remember all the details since it was a lot of hassle to get all those little orders finished in a short time. This guy should be behind bars. |

| Late to enter this post but was cleaning up and going through some old papers and was reminded of Mike Defiglio ripping us off for $1500 a couple years back. If he is still alive I sure would like to make contact with him. Any updates of his where abouts would be appreciated. |

| Currently going through the same thing with this guy. We paid $8500 UP FRONT and he has yet to deliver anything. I have been screaming and yelling for 6 months and have gotten nowhere. He doesn't pick up the phone but he will eventually return calls and emails, with empty promises each time. |
