Mar 8th, 2011 still do not have belongings. I was told we would have our belongings no later than Mar 5th, 2011. They destroyed the rental we were residing in costing us a $950 deposit. Tore carpet up, left holes in the walls, black scrapes up and down every wall, staircase railing was shredded with our furniture. I was quoted $2500 and my total bill to this point (I still dont have my belongings)is $6026 which includes $811 of packing material that says is included in their services at no additional cost in their quote. They showed up for the pickup with 3 guys......12 hours later at 3AM, I made them leave and come back the next day. At first the lead guy refused and wanted to stay until it was done. the next day they came back and spent another 8 hours loading and did not get it all. The head guy said they would go unload some of our stuff and be back in a bit to get the rest. They told us to leave it out in front of the garage and they will be back in an hour. That night(8 hours later) at 1130pm after 3 messages were left they finally called me back after I left a rather aggressive message. They assured me, my belongings would be collected in the morning. My valuables sat outside overnight in the snow. A simple call within a decent timeframe and I could have brought them back inside. Keep in mind I do not have my belongings and the bill is not closed with these idiots yet. I would not recommend this organization with anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
