Midas no morals? no ethics? no problem! gimme your money! Nepean, Ontario

took my noisy car to midas in bells corners. They diagnosed a leaky exhaust and welded a pipe to the tune of $300.00 $23 part and $227 labour! ok at least it's fixed.................until i pull out and notice nothing has changed! noise is still there. I call them and they basically say well bring it back. At this point I have obviously had a repair that was not necessary and still have the issue. I contact their head office (in Illinois) who inform me they are aware of this guy. I still have to take my car back and when I do well they actually go for a drive..imagine! so now i need a whole new front wheel hub assembly to the tune of $540.00. Yeah no thanks but what are you going to do about ripping me off? The guy laughs in my face and says "happy new year". Unfortunately if I had researched this clown earlier on the internet I would have seen that this is not his first time at the rodeo. When I mentioned this to him he just laughed. Couldn't care less. He is not BBB certified and it is indicated that he does not respond to complaints. More than happy to take your money but unwilling to resolve his own lack of morals & ethics.
