Writing this Ripoff Report to in fact confirm the court's decision that Ms. Michelle Marie Price, daughter of Patricia, two-story apartment and home owner,and Ralph Price, former University of Arizona Professor and Bishop of the Mormon Church, is not possibly --her Pima County Superior Court-confirmed victim of what was in fact completely pre-meditated attempted murder - and I still have the scar, five-inch deep chest wound, partially collapsed lund and bloody robes to prove it -- viable candidate to raise any child of any age. Ms. Price, despite any of the courts verdicts and any diagnosis, is not possibly suitable to even be in the company of any child under 12 years of age.

If this court possibly finds this conclusion unacceptable, I would only at this point like to remind any concerned that Ms. Price's case is clearly and surely one of prolonged family and sibling abuse, clear and repeated violent and sadistic hazing by her sister Lynnette, and accompanyment and full knowledge of her attempting murder against me of her "friends", "boyfriend" and various other members of the community. These people are also guilty of felonies under Arizona Legal Statutes. They have yet to be tried and formerly accused.

This church of racists, utter phony aggregious cheap white trash does not come back FOR THE PRICE of more wicked and hokey publicity. You see, even if the inmates really don't complain, it is well known what abuses of spirit and continued racism, plus wicked pretending in incompetance to hold the keys of life and death. I would be the court to remember that a so-called "troubled youth" of age 19 literally and in fact walked off a cliff on Mount Lemmon to his death.

Ms. Price's case is also one of heinous, prolonged and mind-and-character destroying induced physical torture by not only members of her church of phonies, complete and utter frauds and, how may I say this fully, completely phony, fanciful and condescending, nose-in-the-air dysfunctional sociopathic denouements.

I have actually spent months watching cases in the Superior, City and Justice Courts in Pima Count, and long before this and any related cases. As employed city and county and court officials, you are each and all a world and more below me in actual expertise, and so very, very and utterly deep in hell that, as spiritual racist goyim rubes of hokey morons, idiots, well-intentioned perfunctory rubes and, quite honestly, wicked, vain and socially irresponsible feckless rascals. It remains my clear, solid and sure opinion that you court is wrong, inadequat, sexist, racist and just plain rude.

Mr. Aragon, if you do not remember someone, as well as the other judges of the Pima County Superior Court, finding not a law student, not a retired lawyer or someone who had some other case against them, sitting in your court room to view and review your case....I suggest to you sincerely, realistically and with much more experience than you may be aware that not only is this court falling into ruin, losing sanity and wasting the lives of all concerned, you are simply wrong.

One might think that, as far as treatment and finding a humane solution, this court is very realistically compared to leaches from hundreds of years ago - they wrongly confuse and torture people today with in fact somewhat less of a realistic grip on science and medicine, ethics, family values, worth and effectiveness than a blood letter.

Mx. Price has not made a single payment, not on any month, to a man who literally lay starving for months without food, water, clean clothing, heating, any transportation and a five-inch chest wound.

This Ripoff Report is not at all meant as insulting. I am very uniquely informing you, in what is obviously a completely reasonable and legitimate way, that your court will not in fact continue. You really have not rightful juristdiction here; I can easily and even readily find more than suitable parents for any child - would you like PhD's, company owners in manufacturing, publishing - where in the world would you like to live - truth is, the court has not taken even a sentence and a question of testimony from a victim with three full University and College degrees.

You were all wrong. Ms. Price does not yet even know the whole truth about her own case.

You are in this part of Hell almost exactly: That which Sodom and Gemorrans and Egyptians that were damned, cursed and reviled by all those who originated what humans now call "Western Law and Practice". Because THIS IS AND REMAINS AN ITALIAN CATHOLIC JOB OF FAMILY DEFAMATION, VIOLATION, VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN, EVEN THE UNBORN, you do not now know how deeply you are all, and really and in fact to use legal terms in Hell.

That is because you are at least temporarily between a group of never really less than 1-5 adult male American of Italian ancestry, along with various other Catholics that violate those they knew at any plausible excuse - and they, the racists David Wilkinson of St Francis in the Foothills United Methodist Church, and some others that you do not know, sadistically and violently violated homes, businesses and stores frequented by those victimezed in this flagrant job of church murder and racism.

As perhaps an extra detail that the court may use in arresting member of the Mormon and Methodist Church, and there are more victims here, including another murder victim from a member of the Mormon Church AND suicide(s) and various felonious accidents from the church located at River Road and Swan.

You are letting vain idiots not only get away with murder and attempted murder and other daily felony activity, they never even get charged. How could this court even consider returning custody?

YOU HAVE EACH AND ALL BEEN GIVEN FAR, FAR MORE WARNING AND CHANCE THAN YOU DESERVE. YOU AND YOURS CANNOT POSSIBLY APOLOGIZE, REPENT AND PAY YOUR COURT AWARD TO THE VICTIM FIRST.

Ms. Price, I would like to confirm to you that you did see the being called God, Gd AND Ghandi with me on earth. Figure out how and why this might wrongly be a surprise. I mean your victim is, was and remains "the real thing". How can I tell you that regardless of your decision(s), you have by this time been given practically every and any reasonable chance no, not to be anything as dishonest and despicably untrue as "Good Christians", Saints or anything of the type.

Earth REALLY is not the first planet of so-called intelligent life that this person has put in hell in its entirety...and any way that someone who studies computers, data structures, statistics and everything you all so very, very wrongly take for granted.

This court has caused a needless and heedless loss of sanity and completely recklessly stollen and endangered an infant and compromised many of those involved without correction. That this court did not make or imply Ms. Price's family should pay her debt, since they evidently are not possibly a good family and have also added to Ms. Price's condition by not paying University of Arizona debts in a timely fashion.

Some people live in another world. Some exist in at least three worlds like the one you see. I really would not possibly behave as you have behaved knowing what is beyond true evidently, more real than the atmosphere you breath. Are "we" sure we are beyond vanity, endless court hubris and sexist prejudice against what may in fact be more victim than you know...your "informants" in this case, may really be mistaken for reason you do not know. And no, I'm really playing this in some wrong way, some way the court ends up disregarding and weasling out of for monetary or other reasons.

I beg the court entertain no more worse-than-utterly-vain motion by Ms. Price and any who represent her that she be given custody of any child, nor be allowed to teach anything, nor be allowed the company of those under 12 years of age, and that the Price Family and Those Related Immediately and without any agreement pay their debts and court costs.

Please forgive this method of communication - court building locations for different cases as well as "typical court treatment" in various types of cases has changed very significantly in the past 10 years.

So very sorry this and other Superior Court Reporters simply are dishonest even in writing: I did not possibly say or write what I feel is reasonably, and have been very wrongly and injudiciously ignored by the court.
