Took money and did not deliver report

"Whatever you do, don't do any business with these people. They ripped me off to the tune of $350.00 for a classic car appraisal that was never delivered. His name is Daniel Spivey and his girlfriend/wife is Michele Watson. If you google "Daniel Spivey Atlanta" you will see reports of more of his scams on sites like ripoffreport.com and Michele Watson's involvement.

Michele and Daniel came to my home to appraise a 1967 GTO that I am planning to sell. He looked at the car and documentation. He was very upbeat and optimistic about the car and said that he could help to sell it with the network of buyers he knows. He took pictures and said he would send a notorized appraisal within a week. It's been over a month and I have redceived nothing.

After his visit, I spoke with him two or three times. Each time he had an excuse about Michele having leg surgery and promised to send it the next day. I think he blocks my numbers because now when I call the two numbers that I have for him, I get "The person you are calling is not accepting calls at this time" on one number and "Mail box is full" on the other. He no longer responds to email. They are very personable and friendly and seem trustworthy. They use frequent religious phrases to put you at ease and then rip you off.

I found an address for them and don't know if it is still valid. 263 Ridghaven Trail, Unit 3, Ellijay, GA 30536. The phone numbers that I know of are (770) 596-0479, (770) 331-1532 and (706) 502-5100.

Avoid these peopls at all costs. Hopefully you will see this before hiring them. I wish I did."
