Michael Hurt and their co-horts are literally kicking people out of their homes when they are STEALING their last dimes. In September of 2011, I was contacted/phone solicited by Michael Hurt they represented themselves as mortgage professionals; associated with Attorneys who “specializing" in Mortgage Modifications, with Top Flite Financial, www.topflitefinancial.com, and http://www.topflitefinancial.com I was given their websites: http://www.topflitefinancial.com I was told if I retained Michael Hurt, services I could have my adjustable rate mortgage modified in 45 to 60 days to a fixed rate, saving me thousands over the term of the loan. I asked for this confirmed to me in writing. I received a letter from Mr. Michael Hurt confirming their services and my savings. I paid Michael Hurt a retainer of $1750.00, quite literally all the money I had at the time. I Fed-Ex'd bank statements, taxes, pay stubs, financials etc., everything they asked for, to their alleged office address: 10503 Timberwood Circle #202, Louisville, KY 40223 Now I was notified by the FBI they are scamming seniors and those of us they need real help to save our homes for our children After one month of no communication, but constant contact from me, they finally were able to get me a Forbearance Agreement, for a ridiculous amount of money. Never mind that I had previously negotiated 2 other Forbearance Agreements, directly with my lender, and on my own. Michael Hurt needless to say, did nothing for me that I could not do myself. Over last months, I got an occasional one line e-mails saying they were working on it, yet my phone calls, e-mails, faxes and fed-ex's were never acknowledged. Ultimately, in desperation to hang onto my home, I filed a complaint with the
FBI online services for white collar crime. I found out they have dozens of Complaints about Michael Hurt, and www.topflitefinancial.com Literally everyone that deals with Michael Hurt has the same story as myself. HE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING FOR YOU. Its now close to 2 months later and once again, one line e-mails, or NO communication or return of phone calls etc. Now I am back to dealing with my lender directly because the CROOK Michael Hurt is doing the same thing to many others all over the country. I am Michael Hurt and the above comments are 100% fabricated statements by Ivan Moreno who is running a marketing scam against mortgage companies. I posted a complaint on this very website about his scamming activities so as to bring attention to other mortgage companies before they fell vicitm to him as did I. I lost $773.50 to Mr. Moreno passing himself off as GMX corporation (you can search to see my complaints) and now several mortgage companies have not sent money to Mr. Moreno because of my complaints thus he is filing false reports about me and my company. I nor my company even participate in mortgage modification as suggested in the original post and the other comments were added by Mr. Moreno himself.
The contact infomration given is correct so please do call me if you see this report and are troubled by it. I have a great reputation in this industry and hate to see any negative information being posted negatively about me at all, but especially something like this that is 100% erroneous and posted by someone that is running and profiting from a scamming operation. |

I have had nothing but professional and pleasant dealings with Mr. Hurt and Top Flight Financial. I am shocked at this one persons accusations. Mr. Hurt is one of the most professional and honest people I have ever dealt with.

| Believe everything negative you hear and read about Michael Hurt. Michael Hurt knew my debt-to-income ratio was too high right from the beginning. Michael Hurt lied and told me everything was okay. Michael Hurt had me running around Robin Hood's barn getting stuff that ultimately wasn't needed because my debt-to-income was too high. Michael Hurt did an appraisal telling me everything looked good. My house appraisal came back for what we thought but again my debt-to-income was too high. In the end Michael Hurt stated he would not give back the deposit, he stated was 100% refundable if he could not give me a loan |
