| Hagan has a history of writing bad checks, not paying rent, and, most seriously, sexual misconduct. He initates bankruptcy proceedings on a regular basis. He served prison time in Illinois for fraud. He's been in Baldwin County for more than 13 years. Law enforcement is well aware of his nefarious activities but apparently don't have the resources or stamina to follow charges against him to conviction. That's a pity because he's only going to hurt more people. I find it interesting that he's going after a mayoral candidate for sexual misconduct when he's the picture postcard of a sexual predator. I am a victim of Hagan's amoral psyche as are more than 30 other women as of 2003. He also wrote me countless bad checks. This was many years ago. I wish I could get over it, but that's not going to happen until justice is done, and I don't see that happenning as long as charges are only brought and not seen through. He's not going to be stopped in Baldwin County, Alabama, that's for sure. If illegal internet activities could be captured, perhaps a higher jurisdiction would be successful, but that's a whole other can of worms. People tend to, rightly so, move on with their lives, but if everyone who has been victimized by this blustery, loud-mouthed, pariah, woudl not succomb to his threats, and testify, maybe, we would never again have to hear about his further atrocities. Amen! |

| THIS REPORT IS ALL NONSENSE, I KNOW WHO MADE IT UP AND WHY. The person who wrote this report is not necessarily a bad person, but this person told me they posted this and told me they made it all up. This person is very close to a local politician who Hagan's news organization investigated and reported on for a series of sexual harassment claims that this politican attempted to settle quietly. This politician has a history of these and did everything he could to stop Hagan's news site from publishing the truth about him. When Hagan's news organization went to court to obtain the documents that prove and revealed all the sexual harassment settlements this politician and his family went ballistic and promised revenege. They asked a friend -- the person who posted the above -- to post all these lies about Hagan so it couldn't be traced back to them, so she did. She told me recently that she herself has soured on this politician as she has seen him do some things, and she has even been the target of some inappropriate behavior from this politican that she feels indicates that all the sexual harassment charges against him are true and his settlements in those cases are more or less admissions on his part. She came to me to try to figure out how to get this off of here since she admits she made all of this nonsense about Hagan up... all of it. She is afraod to come on here and post for fear that it will identify her further. Just know that she is sorry, and thought she was helping a "friend" by posting all these lies about Hagan. Imagine how she feels now that she has realized that Hagan's news organization was actually doing good by investigating this politician and publishing the truth about him. It is shocking to me that a site like this just allows to put anything on here without any attempt to even determine if its true. |

I too have been the subject of Michael Hagan's scams and frauds. I'm sure he posted the above because he always attacks the person writing against him by using another alias. His ego is so immense he actually believes he is somebody important.
If all this were not true, the US Marshals would not be looking for him as per news on this week's Channel 15 NBC in Pensacola. (Check out their website and search for Michael Hagan)

| All is true about Michael F Hagan, Sr. Do your own research. He has been arrested at least 12 times. Take a look at the Baldwin Could Jail. Search his name in IL. There too he has the same background. He moves in and takes what he can and moves on. I also checked the Baldwin County Court House and he has been sued many times in Civil Actions against him. Don't trust him! |
