Miami Underground Will ship you wrong product with COD, and won't give you REFUND or REPLACEMENT

Miami Underground aka the K2 store aka adko consumer gave me really sour experience. i am retailer in MD and ordered some very specific product which after confirmation that they have that in stock. i ordered and received totally different product. when i called first time, talked to miss Minerva she responded that it was honest mistake and they will ship me right product and also ship me shipping prepaid box to pickup wrong stuff. After waiting more than two weeks i called back and was told that product is in back order. so i asked if anything other which i might be interested and they also have in stock. so i choose different product to replace. she told me that she will talk to her manager and once approved will mailed us.

after a week i called again, and was told that company policy changed(surprise!) they have to have returned items in their hand to issue a credit. i even agree to that only if they send me prepaid shipping label.

waited war another week, nothing happened called Minnerva, she hanged up and since then every time i call this company my phone will go to voice mail. i have tried different number to call, was answered and was told to hold for second and BOOM disconnected.

Let us see how long it will take to settle it down because i am not leaving them alone. will go to any extent possible in legal way to get my money back .
