We bought 3 cell phones from Your Mobile Connection In Port Richey Fl. Of course they told us what we wanted to hear and we walked out the store spending almost $800, this was on March 17, 2011. After using the phones for a few days we realized the phones were pieces of junk. We constantly got dropped calls, could not use the internet much and my husband kept getting male nude pictures sent to his phone!We went back to Your Mobile Connection -Metro PCS and asked for refund before the 7 days were up. They said they could not return because we went over our minutes by 2 minutes . They said they wont return but we could try another location in New Port Richey on US 19, they were bigger store. We went there they said we have to go back where we purchased. We went back to original store. They then gave us a corporate number to call. We called number and they said it was up to store to make refund, but we could get our $144 back that we paid for the first month of service. This check would be sent ot us but it would take like 8 weeks to get. Well we said better then nothing. Well i followed up with Jen at store and she siad she did not know what was going on, she then emailed corporate on 5-16-11. I called next day she did not hear anything. Waited some more time. Called on 6-9-11 got run around on phone, then finally spoke to someone at corporate they said for some reason we would not get a check they see it was cancelled. Their phone service is bad, their customer service people LIE, thats when you can get through to them,the phones we bought were junk( they were the android optimus ). So hard lesson learned we only have one income now and out almost $800 !!! Well you do get free nude pictures on your phone!!!! Maybe they should advertise this so they can get more business because that wont get business for their phone service or product. Don't buy metro phones or use their service, you will be sorry. |

MetroPCS sucks terrible horrible customer service.
For over a week I argued, begged and pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. Phone service has been shut off twice. Even after the store manager at the corporate Center assured me that it ad been restored.
Then I found the emails for coroprate HQ. Two emails to three execs and the problem was fixed in two hours. You do the math. Corporate email, fax number, phone number and my complaint letter is at http://SwensonStudio.com/MetroPCS.htm |
