Metro Marketing ...Marketing Manipulators!!! N Howell, New Jersey

We contracted with Metro Marketing to begin July 1, 2011. Metro agreed to refer potential patients for our Chiropractic office from the given zip codes. When, after less than a week we determined that some of the zip codes we originally requested were producing potential patients that according to their own words were "destitute" without employment of insurance, we requested that Metro Marketing remove those zip codes from their call list and add others that we provided, they repeatedly assured me that this was done. In fact, this was not the case and after months of attempting to work this out, our program ended. Metro agreed initially to reimburse us for over 30 patients that we determined were called from the list of zip codes we requested be removed. After learning that we wanted to be compensated by returning a portion of our payment, Metro changed their minds and told me if I wanted any reimbursement I needed to accept more Metro patients and they would only approve the reimbursement of 13 Potential patients not 30+ as originally agreed upon. They further promised that none of the future potential patients would come from zip codes that we had repeatedly requested be removed. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!!! Instead of continuing to try to work with them ( which was getting me nowhere), I just completed the program. In addition to the zip code issue, I requested on numerous occasions that they limit the number of potential patients that they sent to my office on a daily basis to 15, as flooding my office with people does not allow us to provide quality care. They said they would, but later recanted and said that this was not possible. Metro Marketing are Marketing Manipulators. They will take your money and run!!!
