For years I run my online business selling promotional products. From January I start receiving orders from one customer around $ 15,000 per months and now after 4-5 months I start receiving chargebacks. Merchant empty my account before that I be noticed chargebacks and the worst of all is that I'm sure that all the transaction that I did for him are fraudulent and I major fraud scheme was discovered now. The total money charged on this fraud is around $ 60,000 or $ 70,000 but the problem is that I contract vendors to send merchandise to customer address in USA. I'm lost and I'm afraid of my future because this is a large money involved that will put me out of business. I'm not corporation or Inc, propietorship liability. I have all the paper work, email's copy, tracking numbers, client name, address and other information. I call police, just report, my bank close the account and my merchant service cancelled my account. I was victim of this fraud and u today I don't found any HELP to me. I make a appointment with FBI and I bring all the proof and inclusive the clients still waiting a merchandise in PA state, time to catch him, to be accused for fraud charge and FBI turn me over because the lost involved no reach $ 500,000. In other words if a poor guy need a FBI, Police and/or secret service you don't receive any service or protetion from them. When a poor guy like me will be involved in a half millon dollar plus fraud. The justice is just for the rich people. FBI told me to file a case with attorney general of New Jersey that I did last week with no response yet. THe police report is nothing, I was victimed from online fraud and I can't find any help yet. Bad days is coming to me now, I did everything to get help and now I'm preparing to send my case to ABC, CNN, FOX.... I'm deseparate and frustrated with all goverment agencies that suppose to be to protect our lives. Also, my wife is a cancer patient that need to be release without stress.
Any advise will be very appreciated, I NEED HELP!
