Order NEVER received from April12, 2012 but payment taken by merchant

I've successfully ordered and received items from this company before so I thought it was a legitimate on-line business. But my last order from April13, 2012 for four DVD sets* were never delivered to me. Buy MegoStore did take my on-line payment through PayPal of $25.55 on April13, 2012 (I have the payment record from PayPal).

*Sets included: Arabian Knights cartoon 2 DVDs
Galaxy Trio cartoon 1 DVD
Atom Ant cartoon 1 DVD
Frankenstein Jr. cartoon 1 DVD

I know i'll probably not get my $25.55 back but this is to add to the list of unfortunately, dissatisfied MegoStore.com customers in 2012.
