| First of all this company is a joke. I went thru the 2 day CPT course which was a joke to start with as well. The website states you will have hands on training yea 1 hour and your own instructor DID NOT show anyone how just said "Go ahead and try if you want to" Of course i did not for many reasons just a couple to mention. 1) Unsterilized course site. 2) Instructor failed to show anyone how to venipuncture. I could go on and on about this company. To start i asked for $150 what they call a deposit to keep your spot for the training days which she said no refunds will be given back. So after that i went ahead and paid the remindar i owed and went to the site and it was a joke when i got there. So unpreofessional, unclean, no medical knowledge what so ever. I pretty much had to go home and study my booklet that was given to me. I just wanted to put it out there that this company is a SCAM and please dont pay them a penny of your money. You also have to pay thru PAYPAL which you dont know where your money is going. PLEASE DONT GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS SCAM |

Dear Ms. Sheena Wigley,
Before ever enrolling or paying for training, you were presented with all company policies regarding payment, training etc. SEVERAL times, ALL of which you signed off on MULTIPLE times.
Your classmates tell us that you were very excited and engaged in training while in class, asking more questions and doing more hands-on training and lab practice than anyone else.
Furthermore, the large majority of your classmates have already passed their National Certification Examinations and are EXTREMELY happy. In fact, you are the only person who seems to have any issues.
If you were at all unsatisfied with our services, you should have contacted us IMMEDIATELY (per company policy that you agreed to), instead of waiting several days after you completed the ENTIRE program to file faulty complaints and make libelous statements.
Unfortunately, we have reason to believe that your "dissatisfaction" has more to do with your own personal financial situation and less to do with our quality services. This belief is supported by the many hostile voicemail messages, emails, etc that you have sent us that are all regarding money.
When we contacted you to see how best we could address your complaints, you made no mention of anything other than money. In fact, you demanded that we violate company policy and state law to meet your demands and when we declined you forbade that we contact you any further to come to a resolution .
With that being said, we are unwilling and unable to entertain any further slander, name-calling, or threats on your part. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We wish you the best of luck in your professional endeavors.

Man you just be straight up liein on folks so you could cover up the facts about what kinda person you TRUELY are.

Dear MCS,
For one there is no one in that class that has EVER heard me ask a question or asked to do any hands on training and thats a fact. The class was asked if they would like to do any hands on training 1 hour prior to end of class on Sunday July 10th which was the last day of class for Phlebotomy. If there was any questions asked they related to why is this course set up the way it is and not set up as how you adversted it on your web site?! Can you please email me all those signed off documents please?? On the other hand i contacted MCS the first day of class unhappy and never waited days after i completed my 2 days. Yes i demanded my money back because i did not get what i was told. Money was not a issue for me it was the fact that i was told i could make payment arrangments and then told i could not i would have to pay in full and that was my problem not wanting to pay the $349 balance. Please don't come on here lying about your compnay and trying to make me look like a idot. There are other people in the same boat as me in the same class that was very unhappy as well. Please check BBB and rip off report etc... for those complaints.
