| Stay away from this wanna-be scam artist! This is not a real company, Darin Fenn of Media Mill and his girlfriend are the only employees. He would not release my credit card, kept billing me small amounts at random times in hopes I wouldn't notice. Never answer their phone. I went to his business address and it is a PO Box. Only posting this so other attorneys don't get ripped off for their fake internet marketing service that anyone can do in one time in 10 minutes. |

This posting is from a former Media Mill employee that was terminated for misconduct. He has since been writing negative (and grammatically incorrect) reviews on the internet about us - under false names.
These anonymous postings are slanderous, and we are pursuing the writer with all legal options available. Unfortunately, the anonymity of the internet often allows unethical actions like this to go unpunished.
Media Mill has been in business since March of 2009, and currently has 14 employees. We have a perfect BBB history, and hundreds of happy clients. We are proud of our history, the quality of our service, and our membership in the Portland business community.
Do you really think an attorney would write such a thing? And open themselves up to a slander case?
We encourage this writer to identify themself, in order to prove the legitimacy of their allegations. Since they will not identify themselves, please see this as the bogus claim it is.

We have given a previous response to this individual's slanderous reports. Media Mill has a former employee who was terminated for misconduct. He has since been creating fictitious people and writing these posts, in an attempt to damage the reputation of our company.
We are taking legal action against this individual, but in the meantime please see these reviews as the lies that they are. The individual refuses to identify themselves, and in one post claimed to be an attorney in San Diego who does not actually exist.
We ask this reviewer to identify themselves if they want anyone to believe they are real. Since they will not, please see these reviews as the malicious fakes that they are.
We have an A Rating with our local BBB, without any complaints, and have been in business since March of 2009. We incorporated at the end of 2010, which is what the above post refers to. We have hundreds of happy customers, and will happily provide client testimonials to anyone who wishes.

I am one of the owners of the company being slandered by this dishonest review, and need to respond.
We demand that the individual who wrote this provide proof that they were ever a customer of ours. If we billed their credit card, as falsely claimed, then we demand they provide proof of that claim by a receipt or invoice of some kind.
In fact, this malicious review is a lie, and we are taking legal action to determine the identity of the individual. Defamation is illegal in this country, and our attorney is pursuing this matter aggressively.
Please see this report as the lie that it is.
