I too was scammed by Media Feed MediaFeed, Plimus, Nitro Downloads file. The Nitro Downloads website said there was manual available but only for members who signed up so I did and when I signed up for $4.95 to get the manual in digital format to download they never had it and was directed to install media feed software from some other site which did not retrieve it after searching. I cancelled ASAP!! I was ripped off! I gave my Card information and was charged $4.95 as stated and suddenly Mediafeed doesn't have the Manual I am looking for. There is no contact email address on their website and no phone. I too tried to attempt to contact Plimus directly, but their phone # only has a message stating that their phone system is temporarily down during normal business hours. I plan on calling back tomorrow to see if same message is played with just the date changed to reflect a new day with no phone system. , , and the Credit card company charging should all be taken offline for fraud. Nitrodownloads, Mediafeed is a total scam and Plimus in my opinion is co parther or co-operation with Mediafeed, since they also can not be reached by email or phone, and are located in some place that doesn't exist in the drop down selction..even more fishy- Im waiting for Plimus to contact me for refund, since no one can be reached. scam Report. |

I too was scammed by this website and experienced all of the above. I did find out that they are in Belize in South America. So far only the $4.95 charge has shown up and I am calling my bank to see if they can block any more charges. I have hence tried service from Mitchell1 (mitchell1.DIY), which touts itself as associated with Snap-on. Canceled that one this morning. I found it very frustrating to use and the worst search engine I have experienced. After spending an hour or more I gave up trying to find the information I needed. (Fuel rail pressure regulator on my wife’s Volvo). In searching I found the information about on par with the cheap manuals.
It was a very frustrating experience all around. I purchased a Volvo factory manual on eBay on DVD. I would rather have a paper manual but good luck finding those anymore for newer cars. |

I was scammed by them as well. I searched for the file on their initial site, like nitro or something and then I had to download media feed and of course I couldn't find the file I wanted. Frustrated. How do we report them for fraud? |

I also got duped by media feed, charged me 4.95 dollars, stating I had 5 days to cancel, went to the website to cancel and The so called link did not work, ten they charged me 69 dollars. This is unacceptable and I am going to speak out. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! |
