I hav tried to cancel my subscribtion for the last couple!!!

I have tried to cancel my subscription for the last couple, because they have not sent and info. I learned after i got on the website shortly after getting the coverage and and have seen alot of people say that it was a scam, so i waited for the info to see if it was true and it is. They took $19.99 for shipping the info but never sent the info. I have emailed them to cancel and i have tried to call them. Everytime i call the person on the other end is very rude and tells me that someone will be getting a hold of me but hasn't. Today my account has a hold on it cuz they just tried to take the $64 from my account.
