| My son was cold called from a magazine company, when the call ended he unknowingly subscribed to MD 247 19.99 per month. When we tried to call and cancel they made it very hard for someone with no life experience to cancel their services. MD247 never sent anything in the mail. No products or services were ever received. I took a LONG LONG time to cancel. |

Wow, be warned about this company. I received a cold call from them today and while everything sounds good initially (and I was told I would not need to provide my credit card number), that I would receive $200 in gift cards for free as well as other services, a "supervisor" called back and got around to requesting my credit card number after a long sales pitch. I've just gotten done disputing off over $1000 of fraudulent charges from my bank account. No way in hell am I giving them my card over the phone.
Then I look online and BBB has 24 complaints filed against the company in the last 12 months for everything from advertising to billing and collections to product and service issues. Below is a link to the details but considering they were incorporated in March 2011 - 27 complaints in 12 months is a lot (average of 2 per month) when you consider only 20% of individuals are likely to file a complaint in the first place. So they're probably averaging about 50 complaint issues a month.
Stay away or use at your own risk. When I brought this up to the sales guy Noel on the phone (after speaking with Barbara Ray), he tried to convince me that these kind of complaints are common and used Walmart as an example. Uh, excuse me? Why do you think I don't shop at Walmart?
When I stated quite firmly their service was not of interest to me, he said, "Ok ma'am you're going to be left behind. Have a nice day." In other words, "I have quotas to meet and need to move on to an easier target." Be my guest.

| Things don't change, unless you make them change. Good luck trying to fight these small battles. If you're legit then just send your certified information with the programs you're providing. If people are interested, get will notify you and sign-up. When something sounds too good to be true, it usually is! |

| TOTAL SCAM!!! No one give them your card!!! SCAM! There are so many red flags with them and a reputable company does not do business like that. SCAM!! |

I was called by them about an hour ago. First by a "new" employee, and then by a supervisor. The supervisor was very pushy in trying to get me to give my card number. I gave several reasons as to why I couldn't do that today, and she just kept saying " I understand, but look at everything you will get! This is an amazing opportunity...blah, blah, blah<== (not really)" Anyways, I finally just pushed the power button on my phone to shut it down, and discourage any following calls from them for about 20 or 30 mins, and immediately blocked the two numbers they called from. Also, to the person who commented about 2 years ago, that they had been a customer since Nov 2010, that's kinda funny since the website says Copyright 2011-2013...
