Mcafee Product does not work as advertised, tech support is retarded Santa Clara, Internet

I don't know why I even bothered to pay for this software. Mcafee virus scan missed 3 different viruses on my machine. I had to use a FREE scanner from the net and it found all 3 viruses. I tried to report their failing to Mcafee tech support. They act like they are simple minded. I recently bought the latest version of their internet suite. I buy a new one from them every year for 15 years. I told tech support that their software had missed the viruses and that I had detected and cleaned them with another program. Tech support says back to be "I understand you have a virus and can't remove it". I reply NO I ALREADY REMOVED IT. Tech support: Please make sure your virus definition files are up to date and do a full scan". Me: I already did that and ran a full scan 3 times. Tech support: You must update your virus files and run a full scan. Well you get the point. They just keep saying the same thing over and over no matter what you say to them. Idiots. Worst tech support ANYWHERE. I bought Kaspersky and removed Mcafee. I have been a customer of Mcafee for 15 years and will NEVER buy their garbage software again.
