i have never written a report on anything. But this company doesn't deserve any future business from anyone. I went in on 12/28/11 and purchased a mattress to be delivered the next day. the warehouse delivered the wrong mattress. Called the store, they said they would exchange the matress on the saturday delivery. Called back that evening to make sure i was on delivery schedule for saturday, Gary assurred me that I was on the exchange delivery schedule for saturday. Saturday came and went, no delivery, no call, and also no one answered any of the numbers. Monday morning I went back into the store, and the clerk (Gary) told me that the one i purchased was discontinued and the only one they had was the floor model and that the owner never told his store clerks of that until Friday night. He gave me the customer service number in Miami and to speak with Martha. Martha never gets in before 3pm, and Hector seemed helpful and apologetic. Asked me to please go to Ft. Lauderdale store to pick out an uprade. after speaking with the EXTREMELY helpful and professional Johnathan, I called Hector from the store (as he requested) and told him the model I picked out for my upgrade. He told me not a problem, and that he would exchange the regular boxspring for a lowprofile one since this bed was for my 3 year old daughter. My delivery was supposed to be 01/03/12. I called Hector three times that day to check when I was going to be on the schedule, since he promised a first thing delivery, each time he assured me that I was recieving my mattress first delivery that the drivers would call me and that he took care of the exchange as to what he promised and was sorry for the inconvenience...again. Well, the delivery men showed up with the WRONG mattress again, at 7:30pm. When I called Hector the next morning to find out why they had sent the wrong mattress again, he began to explain to me that the mattress i purchased and the mattress he told me he was upgrading me too was too much a difference in price and the company sent me this one instead because it was compriable in price, and there was nothing he could do. When i proceeded to ask what happened to the upgrade and comparability in quality to the one i picked out.......the warehouse manager hung up on me! Really? I ordered a mattress on 12/28/11 that i was supposed to have delivered to me on the 29th. Today is January 4, 2012, and I still have no mattress and warehouse people that are not willing to deliver what they promised. And are rude to customers who just want their product that was purchased.....and evidently......that is no longer a possibility in this day and age.......? |
