We were moved out of the room when the hospital became aware something strange was going on. I tried for several days to get either my funds or my "coupons" and despite my trips back to the room, he always had some excuse. Today I ran his name on Google and found these reports. Obviously the same man as he said he grew up in St. Petersburg (among other places) I went up to the room and got there as they were going to discharge him and I called the police. By the time they got there he had left the hospital.

What a jerk to prey on someone who has been in the hospital for 6 weeks. If i'd listened to my intuition this wouldn't have happened.

What really concerns me is that while in the room I had to cancel airline reservations and give my credit card number and other info and he heard it. I have alerted the credit card company.

I hope this guy gets caught. At least I have a police report on file in this area so they may be able to catch him.
