Scam Artist/Unprofessional/Dishonest

I was a former employee that received a pay check that bounced causing my bank account to be overdrawn, once the check was returned. The owner agreed to pay the check and overdraft fee after telling me to show "proof" that the check bounced. Which I informed him could and would be done on my end. I also informed him his bank would show the returned check. The check was returned on a Wednesday. I found out the check was bad on a Friday of that week when a purchase did not go through.I informed the owner I would get the "proof" from my bank and meet with him the following Monday at a specific agreed upon time. A time we both agreed on that weekend and confirmed again Monday afternoon at . Once I arrived at the office, at the agreed upon time the office was closed down. I proceeded to call and text the owner with no phone response and weary text responses. After the owner not showing up I get a text, stating I will get a direct deposit. I asked to make sure the deposit is still going to cover my paycheck and overdraft. Once again the owner says show "proof". The very same proof I had at the office during our meeting time on Monday. That the owner did not show up for. The deposit was never made to my account and I was still getting put off and ignored. I continued to try and contact the owner with no success. It was very clear at this point the owner is very unprofessional and outrageous. I still had not gotten paid for a job I was suppose to receive payment for almost two weeks ago. It was coming on another two week pay period. His actions are preposterous and I want to make sure customers and employees know the type of business man he is. I have ever message sent and recieved since the discovery and phone call.
